Electrode Performance Tips 

• Use the correct size electrode for the job in hand
• Check you are using the size recommended for the area of the body you intend to treat

Electrode Placement

• For maximum results it is important you place the electrodes correctly
• All CefarCompex stimulators come with comprehensive Electrode Placement Guides which you should refer to prior to treatment
• N.B.  Optimum placement varies slightly from person to person so try moving the electrodes around until you get the most comfortable and effective contractions
• N.B. CefarCompex Gel is useful here. A thin layer over the area to be stimulated helps you move your electrodes

When should I Replace my Electrodes?

• When your electrodes no longer stay firmly in place (15-20 sessions)

 Look After your Electrodes - Prolong Lifespan

• Store electrodes on coated liner and in sealed bag (supplied on purchase)
• Store electrodes at normal room temperature (they don't like heat)
• When electrodes begin to lose their stickiness, moisten the adhesive surface with a few drops of water. Let it sink in before placing on coated liner for storage

Odds & Sods

• Do not remove or move electrodes during stimulation - It Hurts!  Always switch off stimulator to remove or reposition electrodes
